Why the fuck would anyone have complied with that request to begin with? The government doesn't ask, when it can force, so that means the FBI couldn't stop them from recording. I would have recorded everything.
These aren't honest actors, they got a sealed warrant and didn't even want to show it to Trump's lawyers. They're here to try and put your boss in jail with secret evidence. The only compliance they should get is the minimum required by the law so you don't get arrested.
Fear. A bunch of guys in matching vehicles just pulled up, they are wearing bulletproof vests emblazoned with FBI and demanding entry and to have cameras turned off. A lot of people lack the guts required to refuse such demands, especially when its "in the moment."
