It's a full PR campaign of her heroic abortionist autobot standing up to the evil GOP Decepticon Republicans that just enacted an abortion law in the state of Indiana.

Nevermind that she went to the press first and then later got around to filing with the state AFTER the 'rape victim' had crossed back across state lines.
