I'm not a DeSantis for President supporter (as explained here), but how is anyone gonna complain about Fox News "shilling" for DeSantis when at least DeSantis has a WAY better track record than Trump?
It's true that Trump had the election stolen but, if you're not going to get him re-instated and undo Biden's presidency, then run a candidate who isn't a proven liberal FFS.
What this means is if Congress won't even pass good bills for him, anything Desantis would do as president would be considered selling out, considering what bills that Congress would pass actually look like.
I'm not advocating for DeSantis and I've made that perfectly clear numerous times already.
FWIW, I think we need someone with a strong track record for being a Constitutionalist that will veto the vast majority of crap that Congress pushes out and gut + reform the federal agencies.
That's pretty much all we can ask for in the current situation.
