I wonder if they're paying goons to review every picture or if they're running everything through an OCR to detect double-plus-ungood-badthink. If it's OCR people can fuck with it by using background images and goofy fonts.

Imagine if they put a fraction of this kind of effort into naming, shaming and reporting pedos sharing child porn.
