They said they removed "transphobic jokes" from GTA V, what jokes? I never remember any jokes and I played it day 1.
The thing about GTA V is that it's so big that it's easy to miss that something was there in the first place, let alone that they removed it for political correctness.
This is actually true, or at least it is in the sense that they removed what people accused of being "transphobic jokes". Specifically, they got rid of an action figure model as well as "drag queen"/"transvestite" NPCs.
The only good thing about this situation is that they've said nothing. No virtue signalling, no acknowledging the changes to journos, no apologies; they just made the changes.
They must be aware if they screw up the single player they risk having less players for online where the REAL money is made.
If they actually are converged, then the threat of losing money probably isn't enough to make them change course now. Just look at Netflix.

They also removed the Confederate flag in many places even though the game presents the people flying them as hicks, even if the context of a direct reference to The Dukes of Hazzard. They also removed it in the horrible Trilogy remaster.
