I would question every bit of it--camps, shipping, factory closures, all. If there's a bunch of data points that you're trying to fit into a frame and they just won't, I think the most parsimonious answer is that these pieces don't fit together because they don't go together. Somebody's giving you the pieces and telling you to find a way to make them fit.

Like they are really closing up factories and productive regions, shutting down shipping and losing money. These are real events and can be cross checked by companies making shit in those factories or business journals, so what is the purpose or explanation?
