I believe there is nothing funny about this at all. I think this sequence of events is in fact a case of everything going to plan - with the plan being to clean conservatives and whites out of the police force by making them get demoralized and quit.

The new round of hiring can then take place with new woke guidelines to filter out cops who will be happy to let antifa and non-whites run riot.
