I don't know if anyone realizes what Saturn was a god of. If he was the same god as the Greek Chronos, then that means he represented time (which is what the word means.) The image of Chronos eating Zeus and his siblings is basically the observation that "time eats all things, including its own children", and the gods were gods because they defeated time (which is why they were immortal). It's all about the human fear of death, deep time, and change.
"Ho, for the death of time."
I took that line from the title of a song about vampires who want to blot out the sun. Like the WEF.
