Prosecutors didn’t think they could prove the case

Weird, that didn't stop them from prosecuting Brandon Straka who never even entered the capitol building.

Well, no, it's not about proving any case.

It's about using the might of government to get somebody imprisoned and sentenced to probation because they disagreed with you.
