I've never played any of the games in that series before. I think I've seen a few screenshots here and there, that's all.
I'm just going to imagine what the average game of 'The Sims 4' will be like.
Player begins in xir... house? Immediately across the road, an M2F tranny character has spawned. It is the only NPC, and a notification immediately warns that if you ignore the plight of the tranny for too long, you will get 'Game Over' for committing an act of transphobia. You take your player character and go to the spawned character to engage in dialogue. The player is then asked whether xe is open to dating the M2F tranny. The only options available are 'I don't know' and 'Yes'. But 'Yes' is locked behind a DLC. That forces the average player to choose 'I don't know'. The tranny then accuses you of transphobia because you have not answered 'Yes'. You then receive the 'Game Over' screen.
Suddenly, you're brought back into reality as you receive a notification on your 'smart' phone and find that you've lost 50% of all of your Social Credit score for committing a transphobic act in the game. Your profile has now been demoted to the status of 'Transphobic Bigot'. You realize that means that you're now unemployable. Next, you find that your Origin account has been banned and that EA has also taken a large sum of money from your bank account, with the intent of donating your money to a nearby trans association to 'own the transphobe'. And, finally, you hear the sirens in the distance... as your phone begins to play, quite mysteriously, the song 'They're Coming to Take me Away' by Napoleon XIV. You've never heard it before, and you know they're just rubbing salt into the wound. You know you've screwed up, real bad. The Transtifa are coming for you. You power off the computer... and patiently wait to be taken to the reeducation camp.
