Goon Squad has been compromised for a long time. I mean, Zoe Quinn started on Something Awful, as did a lot of notorious SJWs.
I had a fine time with Classic in terms of people, but the game is "solved." There is no adventure, just minmax. You can't get the magic of it back no matter what you do and if you try you will just be looked down on for improper play.

And yep about the magic. That’s exactly what I realized. The game is full of very autistic try hards.
I’ll probably play WOTLK for a few months just for nostalgia and the fact that I have a job that I can play wow at work all day if I want to.
