Trump's strategy is working, forming a coalition against Iran, Russia and China in the middle east is VERY important. The only problem is that Biden is now reaping the accolades.

Russia is an authoritarian shithole. Iran is a theocratic shithole, just like Syria. Russia used to be communist, China is socialist, North Korea is socialist.
None of these have governments created or controlled by the CIA.
