When did Clinton (Bill or the other one) walk back their unfettered praise, love, and constant intentional enrichment of China? That is certainly a development, but no less hypocritical than this. So, yes?

More so creating the monsters of tomorrow. We were feeding most of Russia with US grains during the Cold War and arms race.
