Patently unconstitutional, but that piece of paper hasnt meant anything to them ever anyway. Hopefully the states call their bluff.

Hopefully the states call their bluff.

Part of me suspects that this could be bait, and that they're trying to force states to go after after pregnant women rather than doctors in order to enforce the law.
