Its not used correctly, again this method of thought is completely irrational. To ascribe status you must attribute correctly. This labeling has one intent, to make government seem good and citizens bad.
So as someone else said, you're mad about negative HIV tests.
The use is correct. You're the one equating positive with good and negative with bad. Negative is absence, positive is presence also. Presence can be bad. Such as with HIV or Government intervention.
This isn't a hard concept, stop doubling down on being stupid.
There is no verbiage or mathematical use that says negative is absence, that’s 0 or neutral. Notice how you can’t use your shitty verbiage because it was made up by a communist? Maybe if you actually realized that the bastardization of diction is the same as writing shitty math you would stop being obtuse.
