This has inspired me to write a screenplay. It's called "The Cotton Queen" and it follows the heroic and self-sacrificial story of a plantation owner training a bunch of southern women to fight guerilla against those evil, detestable Yanks who blockaded their port to prevent the honorable and magnanimous Southern slave trade

Also they got thoroughly trashed in every conflict they had with the whitey.

That they fought with guns and not machetes.

As I mentioned earlier a movie that showed how it actually went down could do some good in eliminating propaganda. This ain’t it
