Troonieism is so weird because as per usual, science does not back leftoid positions even though they claim to be the Party of Science.

We have animals on this planet that are truly tranny. Frogs and salamanders can switch sexes when the need arises and the local population is overrun with males.

Accordingly, one would think a true troon would be able to manifest a dick and balls, or a uterus and ovaries.

Instead, they insist that chopping them up like a deer you just shot is scientifically justified.
