I don't want to let black women off the hook, they're not responsible for direct violent crimes but they are indirectly responsible for the upbringing of their violent men and the other awful behaviors they have. men compared to men, race compared to race, they are awful in every way no matter how narrow you want to select the demographics, 13% is indictment of the race, it's the constant reminder to never relax.
