Tamara Lich was honoured at a gala by her lawyers, @JCCFCanada. There was a constant stream of people asking for selfies. But one of the people in the crowd was also a trucker organizer, so Ottawa Police demanded Alberta arrest her. And Alberta complied.

The bail condition is that she not be with Marazzo (and several others) "except...in the presence of counsel." Her lawyers were at this event.

Don’t forget that the judge in Tamara Lich’s last bail hearing already cautioned the prosecution — who aspired to have her sent back to jail even then, but failed — against their clear overreach in going after her for ideological reasons.

The judge, in rejecting arguments from the prosecution, said it is wrong for the system to “seek to control the possession or manifestation of political views”
