This has been brought up a number of times on threads about Roe's demise, but I'm interested in hearing what the community as a whole thinks. I think the theory makes a lot of sense. The dude is no Clarence Thomas. Ever since he took office he's been Roberts' partner in crime in cucking out to the left. Those 2 are responsible for all the 5-4 decisions in favor of the left like upholding the clotshot mandate for healthcare workers. If you had asked me to predict how Dobbs would have turned out prior to the leak I would have predicted Roe would be upheld with Kavanaugh, Roberts, and possibly Barrett joining the commie caucus to defend it, with a slim possibility of Gorsuch going full retard like he did in Bostock. Thomas and Alito were the only 100% guaranteed votes for killing Roe.

Since protecting the Constitution against leftist abuses clearly isn't a priority of Kavanaugh's, revenge for the Democrats' antics at his confirmation seems to be the most likely motivation. The reason he waited for an abortion case is obvious. The only sacrament that the Church of Woke considers holier than aborting babies is child molestation. Since the activist SCOTUS of the '60s and '70s didn't go as far as inventing Constitutional protections for pedophiles, he had to settle for going after their precious abortion privileges. It's funny because as much as the left screamed about what a danger Kavanaugh was to thots who make bad choices, it's likely that the left's dirty tricks made Kavanaugh overturning Roe a self fulling prophesy. Kavanaugh's record doesn't support the proposition that he would have killed Roe regardless. If they hadn't been total pieces of shit Kavanaugh might have saved Roe. They made this bed and it's going to be fun watching them get fucked in it. No abortion afterwards either.
