It doesn't violate the Constitution.

It sets out more fair treatment of men in court and tries to guarantee them basic rights to see their own children.

How does that violate the Constitution?

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures unless women whine about it to their puppet politicians, then disregard all of this and seize everything
