The only way they can track you is IP & cookies. IP is solved with VPN. Cookies is solved by restarting your browser and only using incognito/private mode.

I don't think IP is critical, because many people access from shared IPs. Cookies are indeed one way they track. I got back on by deleting all Reddit cookies, and then using a different browser I'd never used for Reddit before.
