By that logic, saying, "That sunset, that orchid, Beethoven's 9th, Michealangelo's Pietà, and this medium-rare ribeye are absolutely gorgeous" is a form of simping, since none of those things will ever give a shit about you.
You're just butthurt about any man who is not, like you, completely revolted by women.
Complimenting a person rather than their work or skills, if they have no acknowledgement of who you are, is simping.
What's the desired outcome of complimenting someone's looks? Getting into bed with them. There's no chance of that. It's simping.
You act as if no effort or skill goes into maintaining top 1% looks.
