Those are in Chinese territory. There's potentially Taiwan, but that's then the end of it.

Or the U.S. citizens who have died to fentanyl overdoses that somehow illegally makes its way from tightly-regulated manufacturing plants in China to Central or South America and then through the southern U.S. border.

For profit. I'm sure they're doing bad stuff in Europe as well, but the influence isn't nearly as negative as that of American culture.
