I've been coming around to think that whole "Great Satan" business might not be that far off.

The late Bernard Lewis wrote something very interesting about it, that it's called Satan because Satan is a seducer. And that's certainly true. Just look at how Ukraine was led into perdition by siren songs of prosperity and 'joining the West'.
