It's the other way around, it's much easier being a female nowadays in the West rather than a male, imagine the entire armies of faceless, nameless dudes nowadays that no one will bother interacting with or considering a potential mate, now pretend that you have a vagina and people will react to you, good and bad, you will be listened, there is support group out there and you're part of the "special club".

I think that's the main danger, it is a very tempting option for many younger folks.
