Must be sexism and not that men by nature are more competitive, are forced to fight for every inch they get, expected from the start to make something of themselves/workhard, and are driven by a basic instinct to provide (especially food). Nope, must be sexism.
While women's horrid culture has harmed many people, there is some good that came from it. Some rose above it and achieved far more than they would have without that need to overcome ridiculously rigged odds.
