This is the depressing result of an ideology that says, "Yes! You can achieve happiness by rejecting reality!"

This poor bastard has been led to believe that because he "feels" like a girl, he is a girl. Despite admitting he will never pass as a woman, he continues to pursue his delusion, abandoning all sense and human dignity, encouraged by other lunatics.

But regardless of the number of dicks he sucks, or grotesque surgeries he submits to, the reality of his biology will remain. He will always be miserable until he learns to live with that reality, or he dies.
