Actresses have to suck dick and do coke with the director to secure roles, and unless they're a main character and the movie gets a sequel, they have to do it again for every movie. Then they live with that in the back of their minds.

A singer maybe has to suck one dick to get signed with a record label, and then they'll never have to suck another dick again.
