I have found it beneficial to pretend that all comic books just stopped being printed around 1995, like how people pretend Star Wars ended after the first three movies.

2006 is the cutoff point for the vast majority of music and movies/tv and books, while 2012 is the point for games. After that... There's too much shit to sift through to find what's great so I just stick to my old games lol.
