I find this "transition" strange. I mean, have you ever seen a brazilian shemale or asian shemale? they have big boobs, thin waist, bigger ass, anyway, they try to look like a woman with surgery (lots of them). Meanwhile, american transgender looks like a constructor guy with a pink wig and lipstic. Do they really think they, at least, look like a woman?
