So are they openly admitting to the psyop campaigns run by the military out of various forts and bases? Or maybe the CIA? FBI? NSA?

Is this to coordinate the state propaganda?

Or is it to crush non-state sourced information lines?

Pretty sure it's all of the above, although I doubt they're intentionally admitting it. Sad truth is stuff like this flies over normies heads. Anyone who's paying attention should see it for what it is, but that's far from the majority.
