Coincidentally, I just got permabanned from another reddit sub for providing "misinformation" in the form of a link to a 2 year old news article reporting on the Azov NAZI's in Ukraine.
"Misinformation" is now just information that the left don't like.
They are trying as hard as they can to hold on to their false narrative but I think we're starting to see the signs that their narrative is starting to fail.
Whatever the authoritarian faction in your country calls itself, they've been trying for decades to get people to surrender their civil liberties. A lot of the "green" stuff is mostly just rampant authoritarianism with a veneer of shouting people down by saying they are killing the planet.
With Covid, a lot of authoritarians found something that, by and large, worked - and they are desperate to return to the heady days of 2020 when you could say "because quarantine" and people would just do as they were damn well told.
