The hays code fell apart because foreign films started outcompeting american films, in much the same way that manga has crushed american comics.

The problem is that there's still just no serious competition to hollywood for american movie audiences.

We should start an indie studio using Unreal 5. Even if we eventually get banned or something, we could still make a huge stink and at least one film.
