I'm not vaccinated against covid-19 and have no intentions of ever getting vaccinated against covid-19.
I would like to leave the country and visit other countries. Do you think I'll ever get this opportunity in my lifetime again?

If you sneak over the border into the US you can probably catch a plane wherever with a Canadian passport.
Last I checked there's no visa required for Canadians in the US except for work, and I don't believe they mark passports on crossings.
I guess sneaking over the border might be the thing to do if I really wanted to.
Don't bother sneaking just go back every day until you get a border guard who doesn't care.
The whole “border guards facing inwards instead of out” is a page directly from North Korea’s book.
Sneaking comes with some potential long term penalties, like future barred entry to the US, but there are also rules like as long as you pay state (not federal) income tax for two years, you can get a driver's license as an illegal. US is weird with illegal entry.
Staying in Canada comes with some real dangers too though
