Did the governments give permission though? I am pretty sure that this is what is required under international law to attack them.
Regardless, why are the Russians not striking the tanks as soon as they cross the border?
I find it very ironic that Poland is so pro-Ukraine when the current Ukrainian government is so pro-Bandera. Well, not ironic, as it is about geopolitics. But how would ordinary Polish people justify supporting such a regime as the one in Ukraine? "Sure, you worship a guy who stuffed Polish children in wells, but... eh... Russia bad?"
The more surprising aspect is the fact that they can freely move in tanks, aircrafts, etc. without being struck by Russian bombs.
Are the Russian really that incompetent, or are they fighting the war with both hands tied behind their backs. It's all very confusing.
I don't know what is hard to understand here, but let me explain in detail:

Once they are in Ukraine, I mean.
Though I do not think even the Western powers would be idiotic enough to launch a war over Russia doing what the Americans did in Laos and Cambodia.
Laos (government) was pro-American and Cambodia was neutral and then pro-American.
They weren't in the Warsaw Pact.
