In 1970, Frank Collin (real name Cohn) founded the National Socialist Party of America (NSPA), which would go on to be one of the largest “neo-nazi” parties at that time. Collin/Cohn would regularly lead “neo-nazi” marches around Chicago, which ultimately culminated in the Skokie Affair. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frank_Collin
