18 U.S. Code § 1031 - Major fraud against the United States
What you caught was contractors in British intelligence conspiring to defraud the US government. The law requires the fraud be over $1 million to be prosecutable. Each individual fraud is probably less than that, but if you add them up it probably runs to the billions of dollars. The problem is in proving it, and then in finding someone who can get the allegation in front of a judge. Those of you who were looking into DiGRA, DARPA, and IARPA are probably halfway there.
Either you're talking about something I'm completely unaware of, or you somehow think DiGRA's subversion wasn't completely in line with what the US deep state wants.
