Culture gets decided by those with the money and power to produce media and lobby government, and those people are white-hating degenerates who should have been recognized as hostile outsiders rather than treated as if they are our own people.
It's worse than that, they refused to adopt technology and agreed to export labor to 3rd world shitholes. Right leaning cities were hit harder by the shift to a service based economy, because working at a gas station or a grocery store isn't a career.
