What the West lacks is discipline tbh. I'm not saying miltary stuff, but generally kids are not being taught self-discipline. And that starts eroding them, along with lack of purpose. Gay stuff and the rest speeds up erosion.
That's because there's a certain gender that doesn't like discipline. They think discipline is oppressive. It's no coincidence the lack of discipline in society, in schools, in raising of children, in relationships is correlated with gynocentrism.
Bring back corporal punishment. Robert A. Heinlein was right.

The problem is discipline is a negative, the most disciplined people will generally end up working dead end McJobs for the rest of their lives.
