A union pricing it's labor out of the market, a company replacing it's workforce with foreign labor, a government that bailed them out to rescue them from a crisis which they created themselves, I don't know which side I like less.

It's definitely the company for me. Demographic replacement isn't easy to reverse. All that other stuff is much easier to fix.
