I wish I could get "self defense courses" with service rifles. Anyways Rittenhouse isn't a state actor nor a signatory of the Geneva Conventions and his arrest shows that he was on the opposite side of the conflict, which wasn't even a war. On the other hand, Ukraine is a signatory to GC 1-4 and Protocols 1-3.

Isn't America a signatory of that? Thus him using rifles falls within the same rules these kids get.
