Largely a meaningless article. There are a lot of people in China, I'm sure I could find just as many quotes saying that Putin is from Mars. Maybe a significant number of Chinese actually support Russia and maybe they don't, but this article is likely just the article the author wanted to write, then she looked for quotes to fit her position. What I absolutely guarantee she didn't do is sample a million random comments, filter out all the ones not about Putin, then fairly sort them into pro or con values.
