for failing to immediately disclose the relationship with a junior officer
In 2017, she was placed on a 24-month formal warning for kissing a male subordinate in Darwin and told by a male major that she could not be posted to a training institution because she “could not be trusted around trainees”. Ms Walters was the person who disclosed the kiss to Defence.
and she still kissed another jr soldier. lol
“The amount of unwritten rules you have to follow:
They literally warned her about kissing subordinates a few years before this.
The complaint refers to a male captain at the Royal Military College in Canberra who remains in the ADF despite being found to be having sexual relationships with male cadets while Ms Walters was posted there in 2014 and 2015.
gay- they will hopefully investigate it just like hers
In 2018, the then vice chief of the ADF, admiral Ray Griggs, came under scrutiny over the timing of his disclosure of his relationship with a subordinate female naval officer who was later promoted to a more senior position. Two defence probes cleared the now retired Mr Griggs of wrongdoing.
;if' those were honest probes, then its likely not as bad as hers.
Ms Heron said Ms Walters could have included in her complaint several more examples of males in the ADF having kept their jobs despite being found to have sexually harassed their female colleagues.
so, the two 'best' examples include one that WAS investigated like hers, lol. this case is pretty bad.

It's also not an unwritten rule. It's right there in the rules that officers are not supposed to fraternize with people under their command.
