I'm betting 99.99% that the intention was to claim that Trudeau is like the Nazis, not that the Nazis are good.

I'm certain it was brought in as a false flag to smear the movement. Anyone doing it to say "Nazis are bad" would've done the "no smoking" cross out or something on it.
