Seriously though, it's clearly just dark humor and little more. I know people through the years who made very sick jokes about children and stuff, and we all laughed, because they were jokes in the more literal sense, with no relationship to reality.

All this offence stuff is really overrated in regard to on the ground effect, as I was out in Dublin at weekend, outside a hipsterish bar, and someone I meet was dropping N bombs left, right and center, and no one really cared. Even if they didn't like the term, they certainly weren't offended by it.
