I've seen this first hand. There were a couple girls at my field training that couldn't even carry a 30 lbs bag. The guys had to carry the bags in addition to their own. And one of the girls was so weak she couldn't rack the slide on the M9.

She was a liability in nearly every job there was to do when it came to fighting the ship in combat

And if you said as much publicly your best case scenario would be demotion and to be put on the shitlist for a long time
