Japanese trading and pharmaceutical company Kowa Co Ltd (7807.T) said on Monday anti-parasite drug ivermectin showed an "antiviral effect" against Omicron and other variants of coronavirus in joint non-clinical research.

Damn Japs trying to kill people with a cheap, generic therapeutic with minimal side effects.

Don't call them therapeutics. Therapeutics are vaccines now according to updated definitions, but we can't have people think generic drugs could be safe and effective.
