General Amin generally only expelled them "Asians" (Indians). His internal and external politics involving the only "people of color" (meaning the blax, and in this case also the bipox as they were "black indigenous" alright) were ethnic and political (traitors everywhere!), and religious to a degree, rather than racial.

Inspired by Colonel Gaddafi he wanted to help the Arabs to solve the Jewish question tho, and tried to help the West German Communists to finish the fight. Which makes me wonder what the ADL think of the actual Nazis now.
