2016 proved the ACLU were worthless, just like it proved the EFF were useless.

2016 was effectively the litmus test of every organization that claimed it existed to stand up for common liberties.

Every single one of them failed.

They called for recalls because they thought a lot of votes were fabricated. Note they did not do this in 2020.
